- After I filed suit against the Social Security Administration in Federal Court, the U.S. Attorney agreed to a new Administrative Law Hearing after a denial of benefits on a Social Security case.
- After I filed an appeal, the appellate court found that the trial court judge “misunderstood” the law on a contract matter and fully reversed that trial judge’s judgment against my clients for $50,000.00 – so they did not have to pay anything.
